These terms apply to your use of the Techno Dimension website and client portal. Services we provide to clients are governed by the agreement, quotation or statement of work for that engagement; where those documents conflict with these terms, they take precedence.
2. Use of the website
Information on this website is provided for general information about our services. We aim to keep it accurate and current but it does not form an offer or a contract.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation.
3. Client portal accounts
Portal accounts are created by Techno Dimension for authorised client representatives. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.
Accepting a quotation through the portal records your organisation's acceptance of that quotation on the terms it states.
We may suspend access to protect the security of the portal or where an engagement has ended.
4. Intellectual property
Content on this website, including text, graphics and design, belongs to Techno Dimension unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work delivered to clients is set out in the relevant client agreement.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Techno Dimension is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
